HCDI platform rule (Unit 3.9).
The rules. Before submission, every applicable indicator is scored by the Deal Lead, each score with its reasoning logged and at least one rationale option ticked, every document is tagged, and on a two-party engagement every score from 1 to 4 has its party recorded. Submission drafts an English action for every score from 1 to 4 and records unevidenced indicators not evidenced. The Arabic is drafted only as a translation once the English is approved. The engagement Reviewer does not score: they review each score's reasoning, and finalize waits until every score has been reviewed since it was last saved. The report uses reviewed reasoning. Changing a score during review returns the assessment to draft. Each action carries a materiality (unless a rule set it), a response type, a timing, an accountable function and logged reasoning. Name a function, not a person, and never name your own Firm's service line. The engagement team cannot approve an action. Approval is HCDI's. Write the action for each not-evidenced indicator.
