Report a concern

Anyone can report: a person answering an assessment’s questions, a practitioner, a client’s or a partner’s staff, or HCDI’s own staff. Reports are handled by HCDI’s compliance function, apart from the people running any assessment, and a report about HCDI’s leadership goes to its independent non-executive director.
