HCDI platform rule (Unit 3.2).
The rules. A new Deal Workspace records the deal basics, the requesting applicant, the parties and whether it is in the Founding Engagements Programme. The client side is the company, not your Firm. The transaction type decides the stages, the parties, the dimension names and how many indicators apply. A foreign target needs Cross-border M&A, not Domestic M&A. Once a score exists or an assessment is submitted, a type correction that changes which indicators apply is refused. An assessment is created at a stage. A later one is a reassessment and carries no scores over. The engagement's stage and an assessment's stage are different things. Common Error. Confusing the stage of the engagement with the stage of an assessment.
