Unit 3.3 - The Order Form and scoping

Learning outcome - Accept the Order Form, and record every scoping fact before the first score.

Source note

Source basis - S3, physical PDF page 13.

HCDI platform rule (Unit 3.3).

The rules. The platform administrator proposes the Order Form, and the Deal Lead accepts it with their full name as signature. Scoring, submission and finalize are locked until then. A Reviewer cannot accept. Decide the Founding Engagements Programme flag before any evidence is uploaded. Materiality criteria are recorded as agreed with the client, before looking at the evidence, and a second member countersigns. The criteria are fixed after the first score. Assessed parties on a two-party type are countersigned by the Reviewer. Record only the organisation titles the client actually has, since they name action owners in the report. Answer truthfully whether your Firm offers remediation services to this client. Issuance is refused until it is disclosed. Integrity Event contacts take one address per field, and finalize refuses while a required contact is missing.

Red Flag. Pressure to "agree the trigger later".
