Source note

Source basis - S2, physical PDF page 16.

HCDI platform rule (Unit 2.8).

Why it matters. A roster is a claim. The check is how the claim meets a source.

The method. Upload the governance document first (Unit 2.3). For each entry, choose the governance document, say where in the document the entry appears, and record whether it was found. "Found" verifies the entry. "Not found" opens an evidence conflict for HCDI's reviewer. Never record "found" to avoid a conflict. Never check the roster against itself.

Worked example (illustrative). The roster lists a director whose name appears in no governance document you hold. You record "not found", and the conflict goes to the Internal Reviewer. You do not decide whether the director exists. That is not your question.
