HCDI platform rule (Unit 2.7).

Why it matters. An inquiry is only as sound as its record of what the respondent actually said.

The rules. The respondent must have given consent first. Without it, no session starts. The practitioner chooses the indicator and the respondent, types each answer as given, and submits the session. The questions are pre-authored branching questions, and nothing is generated at runtime. The platform proposes no score. The session waits for a person's score. Structured inquiry results below the minimum reporting threshold are withheld, and withheld responses are not evidence. Never ask for one person's answers. Common Error. Tidying a respondent's answer when typing it. Type it as given.
