HCDI platform rule (Unit 4.7).

The rules. The delivering Firm discloses at scoping whether it offers remediation services to the client. Issuance is refused until it does, and the answer is printed in the report. Where the Firm offers services in the area an action names, the Internal Reviewer records a check of that action before issuance. At issuance, two statements are attested by a named person. On the Tracker, the implementer of the work is recorded. A Firm recorded as the implementer of remediation may not deliver the reassessment of what it addressed.
