HCDI Certified Independent Reviewer
Chapter 14. Integrity, status, and the report you can point to
Source note
Source basis - S4, physical PDF page 11.
HCDI platform rule (Units 4.8, 4.9 and 4.10). An open integrity matter of a suspending kind stops scoring, submission, finalize and issuance until HCDI Compliance closes it. After issuance the document is never amended. Its status changes instead, by a two-person HCDI act: HCDI Compliance proposes, a different Internal Reviewer confirms, with a reason for every status. A Founding Six engagement is never assigned an Independent Reviewer. Its review is recorded by an Internal Reviewer who has no role on the engagement, and two release conditions are met by the programme's substitutes, which the report prints. The cover carries the reviewer disclosure in place of an Independent Reviewer's name. Never describe a Founding Six report as reviewed by a Level 4 reviewer. Public source gap CC-L4-003: the route for conduct concerns outside the assessment is held. No procedure is supplied here.
A fixed document can have a changing status
Basis - general professional knowledge and editorial explanation. External references are identified explicitly; this section adds no HCDI rule.
After issuance the document remains fixed while an authorised status record can change. Founding Six reports must describe their actual substitute arrangement and must not claim Level 4 independent review.

Figure 4.14 A fixed document can have a changing status. Original conceptual illustration; arrows organise the discussion and do not establish a validated causal effect or a scoring procedure.
Original exercise L4 E14
Basis - original fictional exercise. The organisation, events and any numbers are invented for learning. No HCDI result is assigned.
A marketing team calls a Founding Six report independently reviewed by a Level 4 reviewer and says its later Tracker update changed the issued score.
