Assessment is separate from remediation. HCDI does not implement what a report recommends and does not earn from it. No fee depends on any score, band or finding, and no invoice refers to one.

The client never selects who is asked. The eligible population is defined by rule from a reconciled roster.

An HCDI report is an assessment conclusion. It is not a rating, an assurance opinion or a prediction, and it never recommends whether to proceed with a transaction. “Index” is a brand name, not a market index. Formal classification against applicable assurance and professional frameworks remains subject to specialist review.
