Notice board
HCDI Network
List a role
Organisations list their own roles. Three steps, all of them yours.
Declare your organisation
Give its legal name and your work address on its own domain.
Confirm the code
A code is emailed to that address. Entering it confirms you can post for the organisation.
Publish the fixed form
The role appears under Vacancies, newest first, until it expires.
Post a role
Posting terms, version 0.1. Publishing a role accepts them.
Version 0.1, effective 19 October 2026. Published ahead of counsel's review by the Director's decision of 19 October 2026. Counsel's reading will be published as a new version.
These terms apply to every role listed on the HCDI Network. The HCDI Network is operated by HCDI GLOBAL PTE. LTD. (UEN 202644036M), 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 ("HCDI"). By publishing a role you accept these terms, for yourself and for the organisation you post for.
1. What the HCDI Network is
The HCDI Network is a notice board. HCDI advertises that a role exists; the organisation and the candidate do everything else. HCDI receives no application, keeps no resume, matches no one to a role, ranks no role or person, and records no click on an application link. Candidates apply on the organisation's own site.
2. Who may post
You may post for an organisation only if you are authorised to do so and you control an email address on the organisation's own domain. HCDI checks the second by sending a code to that address. That is a check of your authority to post. It is not a check of the organisation's legal standing, and it is not an assessment of the organisation or the role.
Your authority to post lasts twelve months from the day you confirm the code, and ends sooner if you post from an address on another domain, if you record that you have left the organisation, if a colleague records your departure and a second person confirms it, or if the organisation's legal name is corrected. You can confirm a new code to post again.
3. What a role must be
A posting describes one real, current vacancy that the organisation describes as related to the HumanCorp Officer function. Every field you give is true when you publish it: role title, organisation, location, operating model, reporting line, whether an HCDI credential is required, preferred or not relevant, and the organisation's own application address, which must be an https address on the organisation's own site.
4. What a posting may not do
A posting may not:
- state or imply that HCDI recommends, vets or endorses the organisation, the role or the posting;
- ask a candidate to pay a fee or any other cost to apply, to be considered, or to be hired, at any stage, here or on the organisation's own site;
- require a characteristic that the law of the place of work protects against discrimination, or otherwise break the employment and anti-discrimination law of that place;
- link to an address that is not the organisation's own application page, carry a tracking or referral parameter, or redirect elsewhere;
- carry a pay claim, a logo, a testimonial, an award, or a featured or urgent flag. The fixed form has no place for them.
5. No fee
HCDI charges nothing to list a role or to apply for one. No other part of HCDI recognises that an organisation posted a role: a posting earns no prominence, no credit and no standing anywhere else.
6. Expiry and re-posting
A posting expires automatically after the period the board applies, which is 90 days today. A role can be re-posted only after its posting has expired, as a deliberate act by the organisation. The board shows postings newest first or in random order, and in no other order.
7. Withdrawal and removal
You can withdraw a posting at any time. When your authority to post ends because you have left the organisation, every posting you published is withdrawn. HCDI may remove a posting that breaks these terms or the law, and removal never gives another posting prominence.
8. Your personal data
HCDI keeps your name, your work email address, the record of the code you confirmed and the postings you published. It uses them to check your authority to post, to show your postings, and to contact you about them. It does not sell them, does not use them for marketing, and shares them only where the law requires. The lawful basis is these terms, which you accept by publishing. They are kept no longer than 24 months, the interim retention period for personal data until counsel sets this class. Questions about your data go to privacy@hcdindex.com.
9. What HCDI does not promise
HCDI provides the board as it is. It does not check that an organisation exists or that a role is genuine beyond the check in section 2, and it is not responsible for the content of a posting, for an application, or for any hiring decision. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. A choice of Singapore law does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the place where a role is performed.
11. Changes
HCDI publishes any change as a new version with its own date. A posting published under an earlier version keeps that version's terms until it expires or is withdrawn.
Questions about these terms: hello@hcdindex.com.
HCDI advertises that a role exists. You and the candidate do everything else.
Posting is free. HCDI receives no fee, commission, sponsorship or benefit of any kind in connection with a posting, an application or a hire.
